Terms and Conditions


Should a client cancel training after training dates have been accepted and/or booked / scheduled (via phone, email or written, etc), a cancellation fee for the full cost of training will be applicable.

With or without written or verbal acceptance, commencement of the training program also constitutes the acceptance of the proposed Fire Safety, Evacuation, Fire Warden and Emergency Coordinator Training dates, and will also incur a cancellation fee for the full cost of the proposed training.

Fire Officer Courses:  Cancellations of less than 5 working days notice will be invoiced at full course cost.

There shall be a grace period of 10 minutes from the commencement of a training session for staff arrival. If a staff member attends outside of this period, they may be asked to attend a later training session.
If a staff member needs to leave a training session prior to the conclusion of the training, it shall be indicated on the attendance sheet the time of their departure.

Due to the nature of the Fire Safety / Evacuation training, for staff safety, (ie: extinguisher training, live fires, mock evacuations, etc) it is a requirement that all staff must wear SUITABLY ENCLOSED FOOTWEAR.
If staff are not wearing appropriate enclosed footwear, they may be asked to attend a later training session.

You acknowledge and agree as follows:
If, during the Term, you cancel or terminate the Services, you acknowledge that you will have to pay the Fee which would have been paid by you for the balance of the Term.

To the full extent permitted by law, STADS makes no warranties in relation to the supply of the Services or the Products.
To the full extent permitted by law, STADS will not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss, damage or injury suffered or incurred by you, staff or any other persons in connection with the supply of or any failure to supply the Services or the Products.

You release STADS from any Claim arising out of any act or omission of your Staff.
You release STADS from any Claim arising out of any act or omission of STADS or its Staff / Sub-Contractors in connection with the delivery of the Services.
You indemnify and will keep STADS indemnified from and against any Claim arising out of any act or omission of any of your Staff to whom you request that STADS provide the Services.

You grant STADS permission to name you as a client of STADS in tendering for work from third parties or in promoting the business of STADS on its web site or in other marketing material.

You acknowledge that in certain circumstances STADS’ Staff may not be available at the scheduled time and location at which the Services are to be performed due to sickness, accident or other misfortune or incapacity of that individual or interruption or failure of transportation to that scheduled location. In such circumstances STADS will use reasonable endeavours to supply replacement Staff or carry out such other remedial action it considers appropriate in order to be able to perform the Services at the scheduled location as quickly as possible.
You acknowledge, however, that it may not be possible for STADS to source replacement Staff at short notice or on the particular scheduled day in question. In no event will STADS be liable for any direct or indirect Claim suffered or incurred by you as a result of such circumstances including without limitation, failure to perform the Services, failure to perform the Services on the scheduled day or at the scheduled location or for any delay in performing the Services.

STADS may license or sub-contract all or any part of its rights and obligations without the Customer’s consent.
